Yoichi 10 Year Old 余市日本單一麥芽威士忌
來自北海道余市蒸溜所的 10 年酒款，曾於 2015 年停產，在2023 年復產後保持年約 9000 支的產量，仍然是供不應求。新版本仍然保有不錯的質素，花果香加上輕盈的煙燻感相信繼續會受到大家喜愛。
香氣帶有青蘋果、柑橘和淡淡花香，伴有一絲香蕉、雲尼拿甜，再慢慢帶出一點牛油鹹味和像檀香木的輕盈煙燻感。入口有桃類甜味，再轉為柑橘香、大麥香，口感 Creamy 並帶有一點油潤感，煙燻感較為明顯。餘韻留有柑橘皮、香料和慢慢變明顯的泥煤味。
